How the success fee works
A success fee applies when a previously failed invoice is paid after PayDam has started a recovery sequence for that invoice. We do not charge a success fee for normal subscription renewals. We also do not charge a success fee when Stripe recovers a payment before PayDam has sent a recovery email or otherwise touched the invoice. Think of it as pay-for-recovery-touch pricing: if PayDam helped run the customer recovery workflow before the invoice came back, the success fee applies.

Starter
Best if you are recovering enough invoice value that a lower success fee matters. The fee math starts to favor Starter above about $1,900/month recovered.
Pro
Best if recovery emails need to look and feel fully like your brand: logo, custom sending domain, HTML editor, longer sequences, invoice pause controls, and notes.
Scale
Best if you manage multiple Stripe accounts, brands, agencies, or portfolio companies.
